Senior Account Manager IT Security [Switzerland]


 

xorlab AG is a growing Swiss IT security software company and ETH spinoff headquartered in Zurich and consists of a team of almost 30 people. We support a rapidly growing number of security teams in larger enterprises with an intelligent and intuitive product that manages to detect targeted and previously unknown threats in cloud email environments and stop them before a breach occurs. Our customers include banks, insurance companies and technology suppliers to the automotive, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing sales team with the option to take on a leading role after 1-2 years.

Tasks

  • Build and grow a robust sales pipeline geared towards acquiring new customers
  • Organize and conduct meetings and product demonstrations with potential customers
  • Elaborate offers and contracts and lead contract negotiations
  • Represent the product and the company to the outside world, e.g. in webinars, at trade fairs and industry conferences
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Expand the partner landscape with a focus on xorlab multipliers in the market
  • Work closely with marketing to devise demand generation activities such as webinars, workshops and customer success stories
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a getting things done attitude
  • Experience selling complex B2B SaaS products, preferably in the IT Security field
  • A track record of developing a greenfield territory
  • Hunter mentality with solid sales skills and an urge to pick up the phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and German and the ability to clearly and effectively articulate the xorlab value
  • Extensive customer network
  • BS/BA degree or above strongly preferred.
