Welcome to EVRY JEWELS! We are a busy and hard-working small business looking for motivated individuals to help with our customer's inquiries and join our amazing customer service team. We are looking for full-time workers from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Experience is not necessary but is a bonus!
Responsibilities include:
1. Responding to customer inquiries
2. Save and edit customer information in the database
3. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
4. Provide support and solutions to customers in accordance with customer service policies
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.50-$16.00 per hour
