Job Description:
Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Assess the organization's IT requirements and design the infrastructure to meet business needs. Deploy and configure servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and other hardware components.
System Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and software applications. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Network Management: Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Optimize network performance and ensure data security.
Virtualization and Cloud Computing: Implement virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) to consolidate server resources and improve efficiency. Work with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) to deploy and manage cloud-based services.
Storage Management: Manage data storage solutions, including SAN (Storage Area Network) and NAS (Network Attached Storage) systems. Ensure data integrity, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
Security Implementation: Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain IT security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
Backup and Recovery: Develop and execute data backup and recovery strategies to protect critical information and ensure business continuity.
IT Infrastructure Monitoring: Set up monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve potential performance issues and outages.
Capacity Planning: Assess current infrastructure capacity and plan for future growth to accommodate the organization's needs.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of the IT infrastructure, configurations, and procedures. Generate reports on infrastructure performance and incident resolution.
Collaboration and Support: Work with other IT teams to provide technical support and assist in troubleshooting complex technical problems.
Technology Evaluation: Research and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the organization's IT infrastructure.
Allowance: RM2000/Per month
Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
